1. Do you support Gov. Timothy M. Kaine’s transportation plan? If no, is there another plan you support?

I fully support the Governor’s efforts to address in a serious way the Commonwealth’s intractable transportation challenges.

2. What legislation, if any have you introduced for Virginia’s special transportation session?

I did not introduce any legislation of my own. There are ample choices for legislators to make from among the bills that have been introduced and from what the Governor has already laid on the table.

3. What do you see as the biggest transportation obstacle for Loudoun County residents right now?

With congestion at insufferable levels and fuel prices in Loudoun County climbing daily, the single biggest transportation obstacle we face is grappling with the absence of any mature system of mass transit to transport the tens of thousands of Loudouners who each day must leave the County to go to work and support their families.
