1. Do you support Gov. Timothy M. Kaine's transportation plan? If no, is there another plan you support?

Gov. Kaine is proposing raising taxes by roughly the same amount of money that Gov. Wilder says could be saved by implementing recommendations from the study he conducted in 2002. I see no justification for raising taxes when you can find the same amount of money by adopting these efficiency recommendations.

2. What legislation, if any, have you introduced for Virginia's special transportation session?

3. What do you see as the biggest transportation obstacle for Loudoun County residents right now?

If Loudoun had more jobs within its own county, then there would be less commuting, lower costs on the families that [they] are already burdening by rising energy prices, and obviously less traffic.
