1. Do you support Gov. Timothy M. Kaine's transportation plan? If no, is there another plan you support?

Yes, in fact I’m a co-patron of the plan. It presents a fix for the large road maintenance deficit which threatens to “bankrupt” any money available for new construction. It also provides for funding in excess of $300 million a year for Northern Virginia roads and mass transit.

2. What legislation, if any have you introduced for Virginia's special transportation session?

I have not introduced any bill for this special session.

3. What do you see as the biggest transportation obstacle for Loudoun County residents right now?

The biggest problem is the inability of majority party in the House of Delegates to agree to a realistic, adequate transportation funding plan as put forth by Governor Kaine.
