Protesters from western Loudoun gather in front of the Loudoun County government building to protest the purchase of lands being purchased in Lovettsville for new schools.
A proposal to open a Montessori school at this exiting house and barn off Lincoln Road is facing opposition from neighbors in his rural, western Loudoun neighborhood.
Standing at the property line, Thom and Effie Hall are among several Lincoln-area residents who are opposed to Montessori school being formed at an existing house, which happens to be located next door to the Hall's home.
