A new housing development in a small village near Middleburg may be named after Erin Peterson, one of the 31 victims in the Virginia Tech massacre.

Crime scene tape surrounds the area where the body of 21-year-old Jajuan D. Johnson was discovered early Thursday morning. Johnson was shot and killed near the village of St. Louis, which is northwest of Middleburg.
