Hugo Antonio Callejas, 42, was arrested on June 2 on charges soliciting a minor younger than 15 for sex or sodomy after approaching a 13-year-old girl at a lemonade stand in Leesburg.

Helene Yvette Seabrook pled guilty on June 4 to a series of burglaries last year in Ashburn, and charges are currently pending in Fairfax and Alexandria. Seabrook has a history of convictions stretching across the country, including an involuntary manslaughter charge in South Carolina. She was arrested in July 2008 in Richmond where she was found in possession of two firearms.

Stephanie Jackson lives across the street from a foreclosure property on 700 West Maple Avenue, which is reflected in her door. She said she noticed a couple of people were living in the home and just assumed someone had purchased the property. Another neighbor reported the incident. The squatters were later removed by Louduon County Sheriffs.
