Josh Whitlow had completely redone the downstairs of his home in Ashburn with, new paint, crown molding, wet-bar, all new carpeting, and projection movie system with surround sound. Then the basement flooded.

Josh Whitlow and his dog Roxy sit in the family room of his home in Brambleton. Whitlow and his wife painted all the walls in the home, changed all the ceiling light fixtures and hung all the curtains.
