In a video that has attracted national attention, Ben Dutton, an 83-year-old staffer for Rep. Frank R. Wolf (R), strikes a videographer working for his opponent with a metal cane. "Sir, please don't!" the 22-year-old campaign worker for Democrat Judy Feder pleads. The Feder campaign also asserts that a Wolf supporter pinned a Feder campaign staffer against a wall. Some critics of the congressman are trying to make this out to be Mr. Wolf's "macaca" moment. It's not. Read story »

THE INTERNATIONAL airports in Chicago, London, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Sydney are served by passenger rail lines. Those in Kampala, Ulan Bator and Tegucigalpa are not.
