Marcelino Benitez became friends with two parent volunteers while he was a student at Dominion High School. They helped him through the process of applying for his visa. After spending almost two years in Mexico finalizing his paperwork, Benitez is greeted upon his arrival at Dulles International Airport as a legal resident.
