The Loudoun School Board voted to pay in full the legal fees Ting-Yi Oei, an assistant high school principal at Freedom High School, who had faced charges related to child pornography that were dismissed in March.
Helene Yvette Seabrook pled guilty on June 4 to a series of burglaries last year in Ashburn, and charges are currently pending in Fairfax and Alexandria. Seabrook has a history of convictions stretching across the country, including an involuntary manslaughter charge in South Carolina. She was arrested in July 2008 in Richmond where she was found in possession of two firearms.
Ting-Yi Oei, an assistant principal at Freedom High School, was cleared of charges of possession of child pornography.
