His directorial-debut film, "Terminal," was greeted with awards and rave reviews from critics. Jason Eldredge, Freedom High School Girl's Basketball Coach, has certainly turned the team around in the last four seasons. They've gone from dead last to district champions. It has all been because of Eldredge's belief that his system works.
He hasn't always been a coach, however. In a recent interview, Eldredge discusses life outside of coaching basketball, and what he enjoys most about Loudoun County.
"I'm teaching the kids to work hard everyday and not to settle...all the rest comes with it, but they got to work hard every day. That's the big thing for me."
