With 25 years under his belt, Ed Steele is the longest tenured coach at Broad Run High School and over the last four years, he's led one of the most dominant softball programs in the country.
Several Loudoun area teams and athletes competed for state titles on the final weekend of the spring sports season, and Washington Post photographers were there to capture the emotions of an eventful weekend.
