Martin Jose Morales-Mancia, 24, also goes by the first names Arnold and Jose. Residents are asked not to approach Morales-Mancia, as he is considered dangerous.
Martin Jose Morales-Mancia is wanted by the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office for assaulting and robbing an elderly woman in her home in Sterling on Aug. 24.
