Jonathan Mummolo

Bio: Jonathan Mummolo came to The Washington Post in June of this year as a summer intern and general assignment reporter on the Metro desk. A native of Brooklyn, N.Y., he has written for The New York Sun, Newsday and most recently Newsweek magazine. Mummolo is a graduate of New York University, where he double majored in Journalism and History and received a B.A. In May of this year, he received an M.A. in American Government from Georgetown University. Mummolo resides in Washington, D.C.

The walking trail along the road where the victims of Sunday morning's attack in Lansdowne had gone for a morning walk. William Bennett, 57, was found slain on the side of the road and his wife, Cynthia Bennett, 55, remains in critical condition. This section of fence was removed as evidence after it led to the discovery of Cynthia Bennett when officials noticed that it had blood on it. View photo »
