Christian Community Church welcome statement:
"We first began meeting in January 1998 at the Loudoun Valley Community Center in Purcellville, under the leadership of our founding pastor, Roland England, and the care of the UCC Shenandoah Association. We called ourselves "Christian Community Church". We organized ourselves as a congregation, under that name, on Reformation Sunday, 1999.

In May 2000 we began meeting at the St. Paul's church which was built in 1835 and was previously home to a Lutheran congregation. We later purchased the property from the Lutheran Synod for $1.00. We became a member church of the Shenandoah Association in May 2001. We informally refer to ourselves as 'Christian Community Church at St. Paul's' to honor the name of the congregation who previously met at this site."
