The vineyard is a bit of a left turn for owner John Kent Cooke, the former Washington Redskins owner. The 2006 Topiary -- a blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Malbec grapes -- may just transport you to France's Right Bank, with its cherry and plum aromas. The underground cave is festooned with French oak barrels arranged in a circular pattern.
