Recommended by a friend who lives in Brambleton as a favorite Chinese restaurant. After the first try, I think I have finally found my place. Asian Spice Cafe is YUMMMMMMMM!!! I got hooked! This newly opened restaurant at the Brambleton Town Center serves Chinese cuisine with an extensive selection of sushi, is the best for families and groups, budget dates and anyone who wants to be reminded of the power of good Chinese cooking to satisfy.

Best dish on the menu: General Tso’s Chicken is fantastic -- tender chicken fried up nice and crispy, with a rich flavored sauce that definitely had a red pepper kick to it.($9.25). Kun Pao chicken is also very good.

Soups: The Hot & Sour soup was perfect. The miso soup is delicious with fresh tofu and seaweed in it.

Vegetables: We've gotten a few side vegetable dishes here and the veggies are always crispy and in good sauces that don't overwhelm your palette.

Sushi: Their sushi is amazing. My boyfriend once ordered two orders of California rolls (which are huge), one order of Asian Spice maki and one order of Spicy Tuna Tempura Roll and eats them all by himself. I am a fan of all of the above plus the Dragon Rolls, shrimp tempura rolls, rainbow rolls, and pretty much every other sushi product on the menu.

Prices: Very reasonable! You can walk out of there paying $20 for a 2-person dinner.

Ambiance: Very nice, clean atmosphere. The decor is bright and modern.

Overall: Great inexpensive local Chinese Sushi restaurant. High quality food. You pay for your meal up front, they give you a number that you place in a holder on the table and then they bring out your food to the table.
