American Flatbread in Ashburn sits a few turns off the Dulles Greenway on the cusp of burgeoning suburbia. Parked in a strip shopping center behind a McDonald’s and sharing a wall with a Glory Days Grill, this is an unlikely place to find a food movement.

The only restaurant of its kind in Loudoun. It's a fun and yummy yet healthy place to eat. The attention to the ingredients really comes out in the flavor.

The food has always been great! The only complaint is that service is consistently slow, and it's hard to keep a cool drink on your table. The atmosphere is great and everyone is very friendly.

This is a pizza restaurant. Flat bread = pizza. I learned this after my first visit. The best thing about this restaurant is that their pizzas are made of very fresh organic ingredients. The taste is also very good.
