"Silent Witness" silhouettes pay homage to the Virginia victims of sexual and domestic violence. Lining one bend of the inside of the track this series of life-sized red wooden silhouettes represented women children killed by relationship violence in Virginia. The silhouettes are products of the Virginia Sexual and Domestic Violence Action Alliance, and each bears a placard with information regarding the victim’s abuse.
