This man walked up the path that is behind him in the photo, looked for an opening between traffic and ran across this portion of the Route 15 bypass near the corner of Edwards Ferry Road. The state Supreme Court's ruling hurt plans to widen the bypass from four to six lanes just south and east of this area on the stretch from Route 15 east to Route 7.
