The interior of Loudoun deputy sheriff Kim Holway's cruiser is a command center in itself. She can send and receive from her laptop computer and if a person's identification is in question, the dispatcher can e-mail a photo of a suspect. Holway has been a Loudoun deputy for 12 years.
