Projects Proposed
1. Steptoe Hill VA 3148 Telecommunications, 21164 Steptoe Hill Rd. Special exception to allow a 154-foot stealth telecommunications tree pole with nine panel antennas on 133 acres zoned AR-2 (agricultural rural).
2. Waterford Old School, southeast of Butchers Row and High Street. Renovation of an auditorium and the addition of accessible parking spaces on 4.5 acres zoned CR-1 (countryside residential).
3. Estates at Elk Run, Section 1-B.1, north of Braddock Road, south of Edgewater Street and west of Donavan Drive. Subdivide 36.85 acres zoned PDH-4 (planned development housing-four units per acre) for 35 residential lots.
4. Estates at Elk Run, Section 1-B.2, north of Braddock Road, south of Edgewater Street and west of Donavan Drive. Subdivide 36.85 acres zoned PDH-4 (planned development housing-four units per acre) for 25 residential lots.
5. Ryan Road Property Rezoning, 42706 Ryan Rd., east of Belmont Ridge Road and west of Forest Run Drive. Rezone about 20 acres from R-1 (residential-one unit per acre) to R-3 (residential-three units per acre) for a single-family detached residential development.

6. Herndon Recycling Center, east side of Rock Hill Road, south side of Old Ox Road at 1481 Sterling Rd. Special exception to allow a recycling collection center on about 1.1 acres of a 14.7-acre site in Herndon.

7. Loudoun County Board of Supervisors, 3,200-square-foot maintenance building at 21544 Old Vestals Gap Rd.
8. Loudoun County School Board, replacement of bleachers at 340 N. Maple Ave.
9. America Online Inc., renovation of a cafe and other facility improvements at 22020 and 22070 Broderick Dr.
10. Brambleton Group, 16 residential condominium units at Ferncrest Terrace.
11. Brambleton Group, 10 residential condominiums at Beacon Crest Terrace and 14 residential condominiums at Highgate Terrace.
12. Loudoun Valley Estates, six townhouses at Nokes Corner Terrace.
13. Lansdowne Town Center, six townhouses at Coppermine Square.
14. Potomac Green, six townhouses at Oakmont Manor Square.
15. Oaklawn Townhouses, six townhouses at Red Raspberry Terrace.
