For every illegal alien who commits a crime there are ten who work hard all day and night and are contributing members of our society.

A lot of people are talking about deporting him. If he was deported how long would it take for him to get back in the states. Deporting doesn't work so well if you can come right back in. It seems like we should deal with that issue first.

CR10 do you think this is Barack's fault? Please elaborate I am interested to hear the logic behind that.

Criminal offenses of this nature should carry with them a mandatory life sentence, without possibility of parole.

If there is absolutely no doubt of the guilt of the accused, then stricter limits must be placed on that person's options for further legal defense.

It simply costs too much and is unsustainable to the penal system.

Whatever the cause behind his behavior, he must not have the future option of being freed to commit more violence.

The fact that this guy is human waste hardly justifies the incredible evil being poured all over this board. I mean...there is actually one post advocating for the rape of the loved ones of politicians and police as 'punishment' for the fact that this guy was in the country in the first place. Is that a real suggestion or are you in need of help, yourself? I also think that those here illegally are a problem that needs to be rectified but, at the same time, hardly hold them responsible for the actions of Morales since the overwhelming majority are working as hard as they can and getting almost nothing in return except the chance to support themselves and their families. There is plenty of evidence that violent sex-offenders cannot be rehabilitated, nor can they be punished into not re-offending. So, the suggestions to separate this rapist from his bodily weapon, while certainly tempting as a form of revenge, would likely only result in him using an object in his next rape. Recall the brutal rape in Arlington a few years ago (also by an illegal alien, I might add) where the victim was raped with a tree branch. Castration won't stop violent sex offenders. They ALL need to be either imprisoned for life or executed, and then the US needs to deduct the costs of imprisonment, trial, etc. from our aid to their country of origin. These countries knowingly push their violent criminals out their doors to the US. Time to stop the cycle, on a few different levels.

Illegal immigration is a federal law enforcement issue thus Clarke County couldn't do anything about deporting him. If our government, who's bound by oath to protect US CITIZENS would enforce laws on the books, this woman wouldn't have been terrorized by this animal. It doesn't matter if he's the bad apple, if you're here illegally and the government had done their job, there would have been one less citizen victimized. That's the point.

Much as dipicted in the Movie Scarface that came out after the Cuban immigrant exodus from Cuba to the United States many of these new arrivals were jailed criminals. Due to our porous borders with Mexico I wonder how many criminal immigrants (they knew that by coming here illegally they would all be classified as criminals) came here and continued their criminal enterprise.
There are thousands of mothballed Liberty ships in harbors all across the United States and surely the cost which is finite of refurbishing them for dozens of trips to Panama, Guatamala, Belize, Costa Rica, Honduras, El Salvador and Mexico would be cheaper than allowing them to stay here and sponge off of us for infinitum.
