Projects Proposed

1. Ashburn Place, southeast of Ashburn and Hay roads. Subdivide 60.84 acres zoned R-4 (residential, four units per acre) for 27 single-family residential lots.

2. Ashburn Village, east of Marblehead Drive and Gloucester Parkway. Subdivide 12.41 acres zoned PDH-6 (planned development housing, six units per acre) for one multifamily residential lot.

3. Westport, Land Bay 1, Section 1, southwest of Route 50 and Goshen Road. Subdivide 204 acres zoned TR-1 (transitional residential) for 50 residential lots.

4. Goose Creek Village North Clubhouse, east of Belmont Ridge and Hay roads, north of Sycolin Road. Special exception for a clubhouse for Goose Creek Village North on 42.19 acres zoned R-16 (residential, 16 units per acre).

5. Dulles World Center Parking Reduction, northeast corner of the Dulles Greenway and Route 28, east and west sides of Innovation Avenue. Special exception to allow a parking reduction on 75 acres zoned PD-RDP (planned development, research and development park).

6. Nahidian Property, 42312 Sweetwater Lane. Special exception to allow a church and a school on 28.37 acres zoned TR3 (transitional residential).

7. Allied Plaza II, Lot 3, northeast of Ruritan Circle and Ruritan Road. Site plan for an 18,000-square-foot building with associated surface parking lot on 2.54 acres zoned C1 (commercial).

8. South Riding Market Square II, southwest corner of Route 50 and the Loudoun County Parkway. Rezone about 41 acres from CLI (commercial light industry) to PD-CC-SC (planned development, commercial center, small regional center) to allow retail development (up to 387,300 square feet of retail space) as an extension of the existing South Riding Market Square I development (consisting of 270,000 square feet of retail space and 100,000 square feet of office use).

9. Cameron Chase Village Center, northwest corner of Smith Switch and Farmwell roads. Rezone about 15 acres from PD-IP (planned development, industrial park) to the PD-CC-CC (planned development, commercial center, community center) to allow commercial uses consistent with the existing shopping center and the surrounding community, and special exception to establish a nonconforming use — the Ashburn Ice House — as a lawfully existing use in the PD-CC-CC district on a 5.9-acre portion of the site.

10. Cider Mill Kennel, 14807 Cider Mill Road. Special exception to allow a kennel on 20.97 acres zoned AR-1 (agricultural rural).

11. Town of Round Hill, 35906 Newberry Crossing Pl. 739-square-foot water treatment expansion.

12. Dulles Trade Center 2, 28,727-square-foot base building, and three new spaces at 23551 Pebble Run Pl.

13. Brambleton Landbay 2, pump station upgrade at 22670 Belmont Ridge Rd.

14. Sterling Park Commercial, reconstruct pavilion at 120 Enterprise St.

15. Estates at Creighton Farms, water supply facility at 22260 Creighton Farms Dr.

16. South Riding Professional, 10,968-square-foot building to include tenant layout at 43160 Amberwood Pl.

17. Lansdowne Town Center, 14 residential condominium units at 19310 Diamond Lake Dr., Building T.

18. Moorefield Station, 9,044-square-foot retail shell, no interior walls; a 9,585-square-foot retail shell, no interior walls; a 14,431-square-foot retail shell, no interior walls; an 8,779-square-foot retail shell, no interior walls; and an 18,069-square-foot retail shell, no interior walls, at 22566 Amendola Terr.

19. Dolly Hammond of Leesburg, 33,564-square-foot conference center at 43350 John S. Mosby Hwy.
