I remember applying for this job years ago at a job fair at Loudoun County School along with others, and being a black male was pulled aside by one of the white female staff members and asked how would i like being a janitor. I find this interesting to say the least. JUST FIRE HER!!!!

Seems to me that would be grounds for termination, and that could have been the end of it. Now we have to involve the courts and everything else associated with it, at taxpayer expense. Not only does she face charges, but must she be publicly humiliated in the press? Is this the kind of society we want to live in?

Must she be publicly humiliated in the press? You mean should her crime be reported on by the press any differently than other people are charged with a crime? She received a four paragraph blurb. This is not a normal situation. This is a person in a school putting herself and students around her in a precarious situation. Why should her "feelings" be spared. It isn't about humiliating her.
