The Second Annual Blackberry Bonanza took place Saturday and Sunday at Great Country Farms in Bluemont.
The festival, which celebrates the picking of blackberries, included wine tasting along with many activities for families: hay rides, yoga demonstrations, live music and, of course, blackberry picking.
Saturday welcomed a larger crowd than the farm had the previous year.
"We've definitely seen more people this year so far," said Great Country Farms Owner Kate Zurschmeide.

For those that couldn't make it to the festival this weekend, there is still time to do some fruit picking.
"We probably have another two weeks of blackberry picking," Zurschmeide said. "And then in August we'll have peaches and strawberries."
