Projects Proposed

1. Bluemont Community Center, 33846 Snickersville Tpk. Special exception to allow expansion of a community center and day-care facility on two acres zoned CR-1 (countryside residential).

2. Loudoun Water-Water Storage, Jackpit Lane, off Belmont Ridge Road, south of Route 7. Special exception to allow water storage on 80.61 acres zoned MR-HI (mineral resources-heavy industrial).

3. Loudoun Water-Treatment Plan, Jackpit Lane, off Belmont Ridge Road, south of Route 7. Special exception to allow a water treatment plant on 80.61 acres zoned MR-HI (mineral resources-heavy industrial).

4. Howard Hughes Transient Housing, Phase 2, north of Harry Byrd Highway and Ashburn Village Boulevard. Construct 60 multi-family residential units on 270 acres zoned PD-RDP (planned development-research and development park).

5. The Reserve at Waterford, Section A, southeast of John Wolford Road and Berlin Turnpike. Subdivide 386 acres zoned AR1 (agricultural rural) for 77 detached residential lots and five open parcels.

6. Lucketts Community Center, 42361 Lucketts Rd. Special exception to allow expansion of community center on 4.78 acres zoned CR-4 (countryside residential).

7. Scott Jenkins Memorial Park, Phase 1, between Route 7 and East Colonial Highway. Loudoun County public park and commuter park-and-ride lot on 27.76 acres zoned AR1 (agricultural rural).

8. Luck Stone Quarry, Gant Lane, east of Sycolin Road and north of the Dulles Greenway. Rezone about 187 acres from JLMA-20 (joint land management area) and TR-10 (transition residential) to the MR-HI (mineral resources-heavy industrial).

9. Loudoun Water and Luck Stone Quarry, east of Gant Lane and north of the Dulles Greenway. Rezone 168.37 acres from TR-10 (transitional residential) to MR-HI (mineral resources-heavy industrial) and PD-GI (planned development-general industrial).

10. The Village of Waxpool, Section 2, Phase 2, southeast of Waxpool Road and Iannis Spring Drive. Subdivide 2.2 acres zoned R2 (residential, two units per acre), for four single-family detached residential lots.

11. Broadlands, Section 200, Phase 1, southeast of Waxpool Road and Demott Drive. Multi-family development consisting of 11 lots containing 86 units and associated utilities on 16.18 acres zoned PDH-4 (planned development housing-four units per acre).

12. Loudoun Parkway Center N, Land Bay N, Phase 1, southwest of the Loudoun County Parkway and Shellhorn Road. An office building, two commercial buildings, a bank, a parking lot, two storm-water management ponds, road improvements and landscaping on 38.82 acres zoned PD-OP (planned development-office park).

13. Moorefield Station Retail, Drive-Through Banks, northwest corner of Loudoun County and Mooreview Parkways, on the south side of Old Ryan Road. Special exception to allow two financial institutions with drive-through facilities on 1.6 acres zoned PD-TRC (planned development-transit-related center).

14. Village of Waxpool, Section 2, Phase 1, south side of Waxpool Road, about 0.5 miles east of Belmont Ridge Road. Rezone about 2.2 acres from R-1 (residential-one unit per acre) to R-2 (residential-two units per acre) to allow development of four single-family detached homes. 15. The Compass School, southeast corner of Navajo Drive and Russell Branch Parkway. Special exception to allow a modification to the site layout, including building footprint, parking layout and play area, and to increase the building size from the approved 9,960 square feet to the proposed 13,168 square feet on 2.19 acres zoned PD-IP (planned development-industrial park).

16. Trump National Golf Club, interior alterations at 20391 Lowes Island Blvd.

17. Loudoun County School Board, re-roofing at 715 Childrens Center Rd. SW and roof replacement at 311 Catoctin Cir. SE.

18. Goose Creek Retail, install a canopy over gas pumps, and construction of a pharmacy building at 42780 Creek View Plaza.

19. Dulles Trade Center 2, construct a 19,665-square-foot building at 23560 Pebble Run Plaza.

20. Condominiums at Kirkpatrick, eight residential condominium units at Curiosity Square.

21. Brambleton, construct 14 residential condominium units at Ferncrest Terrace.

22. Braddock Corner, eight townhouses at Oak Medley Terrace.

23. Potomac Green, 12 townhouses at Oakmont Manor Square.
