Leesburg Police Seek Information on Wanted Subject

Nelvin Isai Membreno Paz is wanted by the Leesburg Police Department on an active felony warrant for indecent liberties and child sexual abuse involving a 14-year-old girl.

On July 21, Paz allegedly transported the girl from Pottstown, Penn. to Leesburg where the offenses were committed. The juvenile was recovered on July 22 in Leesburg and has been returned to family members.

Paz is described as a Hispanic man, 5-feet-7-inches, 150 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. He has a large tattoo on his left shoulder.

The police are encouraging anyone with information regarding Paz to contact 771-4500, or 703-443-TIPS if they wish to remain anonymous.
