Authorities are investigating a larceny case in Sterling in which a person removed items from two vehicles, according to a daily report by the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
Suspicious Person: Around 8:30 p.m. Monday, a deputy on patrol saw people loitering in the parking lot of a convenience store in the 90 block of Sugarland Run Drive in Sterling. A consensual search of one of the people located an MP3 player that had been reported stolen in Loudoun County. Flrei Lemus-Armondo, 19, of Sterling, was charged with receiving stolen goods. He is being held on a $1000 bond.
Tampering with a Vehicle: Between 11 p.m. Monday and 5:50 a.m. Tuesday, someone entered two vehicles in the 600 block of South Alder Avenue in Sterling by damaging their windows. CD's, sunglasses and a GPS unit were removed.
