Development Forms Are Available Online
Land development applications in Loudoun County are available online at www.loudoun.gov/lola. The site allows users to search for applications by year, application type, status and address. Maps are provided in traditional, satellite and hybrid views. Users also can submit comments on active applications.
Legislative land development applications, such as zoning modifications or special exceptions, require action by the Board of Supervisors. They are processed by the Planning Department and require public hearings before the Planning Commission and the board.
All application materials, such as submittal documents, staff reports and public comments, will be available online and digitally archived within Loudoun’s Land Management Information System.
