Authorities are investigating destruction of property in Leesburg and a theft in Sterling, according to a daily report from the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
- Destruction of Property: Unknown subjects damaged a basement rear window on the 43100 block of Shadow Terrace in Leesburg at 8 p.m. Monday. No entry was gained and nothing was removed from the residence.
- Theft: Unknown subjects entered a vehicle on the 46700 block of Winchester Drive in Sterling and removed a purse between 11 p.m. Monday and 7:30 a.m. Tuesday. The vehicle was left unsecured.
