Five Leesburg teenagers have been charged in connection with an armed robbery and assault that occurred in Ashburn last week, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

Amer Doraney, 19, Zobair Doraney 19, Shaista Falah, 19, Marcus Albert Lee, 18, and a 17-year-old juvenile have all been charged with robbery, kidnapping and assault in connection with an April 2 incident that happened in the area of Hay Road. All four adults are being held without bond at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center. The juvenile is being held at the Loudoun County Juvenile Detention Center.

At around 3 a.m. on April 2, sheriff’s deputies responded to the 43000 block of Hay Road where two victims reported that they had been robbed at knifepoint. The victims told authorities that they were picked up by several acquaintances and then driven around Ashburn. The suspects then took the victims to the library parking lot on Hay Road. A second vehicle pulled up behind them, and a suspect approached the passenger-side door and assautled one of the victims. A second suspect brandished a knife and another suspect hit the victim with a blunt object. The victim was then robbed of cash and a cell phone. At the same time, the second victim was also assaulted.

During the investigation, authorities learned that the home of one of the victims was burglarized by multiple subjects.

The case remains under investigation, and further charges and arrests are possible.

Why can't criminals have names like "Mike" and "Bob" and "Jeff" and "Carl" and "John" and "Pete"????

I hope these teen-agers were questioned about their whereabouts the night of the murder in Lansdowne. I see some similarities already. Multiple suspects, picking up, driving around, dropping off, hitting/assault with blunt object. Hope Sheriff's office asks lots of questions.
