Projects Proposed

1. Shelburne (formerly Dominion Knolls), southeast of North Fork and Shelburne Glebe roads. Subdivide about 305 acres zoned AR2 (agricultural rural) for 54 single-family detached lots.

2. Play to Win, north of Goose Glen Lane and Belmont Ridge Road. A 701,676-square-foot public recreation facility on about 40 acres zoned PD-IP (planned development-industrial park).

3. Potomac Woods, south of Lost Corner Road and north of Spinks Ferry Road. Subdivide 102 acres zoned AR1 (agricultural rural) for 24 single-family lots.

4. Leesburg West CWS 3W, 41631 Shreve Mill Rd. Special exception to expand a telecommunications facility to include a 140-foot monopole and associated ground equipment inside an expanded fenced area on about 21 acres zoned JLMA20 (joint land management area).

5. Ideal Schools, 44675 Cape Ct., north of Beaumeade Circle and Loudoun County Parkway. Special exception to allow a day school on property zoned PD-IP (planned development-industrial park).

6. Loudoun County Adult Detention Center, Phase II, northeast of Sycolin and Cochran Mill roads. A 116,500-square-foot expansion of the Loudoun County adult detention center on about 442 acres zoned JLMA20 (joint land management area).

7. C.D. Smith Property, southeast of Tall Cedars Parkway and Goshen Road. Subdivide nine acres zoned PDH-4 (planned development housing-four units per acre) for a pool and recreational center, a tot lot, tennis court and associated infrastructure.

8. Seven Hills, Section 2, southwest of Gum Spring and Braddock roads. Subdivide 25 acres zoned PDH-4 (planned development housing-four units per acre) for 128 single-family attached lots and four open-space lots.

9. Paragon Park Bank, southeast of Sully Road and West Severn Way. Special exception to allow a bank on about 151 acres zoned PD-IP (planned development-industrial park).

10. Paragon Park Service Station, southeast of Sully Road and West Severn Way. Special exception to allow a service station on about 151 acres zoned PD-IP (planned development-industrial park).

11. Ashburn South CWS 6S, 43540 Ryan Rd. Special exception to allow a 140-foot monopole and associated ground equipment inside an expanded fence area on about 10 acres zoned PDH-4 (planned development housing-four units per acre).

12. Belmont Ridge North CWS 4N, 20777 Belmont Ridge Rd. Special exception to allow a 140-foot monopole and associated ground equipment inside an expanded fence area on about 28 acres zoned PD-IP (planned development housing-industrial park) and PDH-4 (planned development housing-four units per acre).

13. Dulles South CWS 7S, 22317 Shellhorn Rd. Special exception to allow a 140-foot monopole and associated ground equipment inside an expanded fence area on about 21 acres zoned AR1 (agricultural rural) and JLMA20 (joint land management area).

14. Lenah Property, MS-5 and HS-7, south of Route 50 on Lenah Road, south of Lenah Run. Special exception to allow a middle school and a high school on 99 acres zoned TR1UBF (transitional residential).

15. Health South Rehabilitation Hospital, north of Millstream Drive and Tall Cedars Parkway. Special exception to allow a long-term rehabilitative care hospital on about 70 acres zoned PD-IP (planned development-industrial park).

16. Beaumeade Gun Club Training Facility, at the end of Guilford Drive, adjacent to Smith Switch Road. Special exception to allow a civic, social, fraternal association meeting place and an indoor firearm facility within Building 7, Beaumeade Merritt Property, on about 44 acres zoned PD-IP (planned development-industrial park).

17. Dulles Trade Center II, Lot 16, Sunny’s Limo, north of Pebble Run Place and Old Ox Road. Vehicle establishment on about three acres zoned PD-GI (planned development-general industry).

18. Mercure Business Park, Lot 21, northeast of Old Ox Road and west of Mercure Circle. An 83,200-square-foot flex-industrial building on about five acres zoned PD-GI (planned development-general industry).

19. Pro-Type Industries Inc., southwest of Woodland Road and Cascades Parkway. A 25,000-square-foot industrial building and related infrastructure on about four acres zoned PD-IP (planned development-industrial park).

Projects Approved

20. Dulles South Water Tanks, about one mile southeast of Route 50 and Goshen Road. Special exception to construct two elevated water storage tanks on 28 acres zoned TR1UBF (transitional residential).

21. Lenah Auto Services, southwest of Route 50 and Lenah Road. Special exception to expand an auto service station on 2.65 acres zoned RC (rural commercial).

22. Inova Health Care campus, Dulles South, about 1,500 feet east of Route 50 and Racefield Lane. Special exception to allow a 113,000-square-foot building for a hospital, outpatient care facility, offices and helistop on 94.92 acres zoned PD-IP (planned development-industrial district).

23. Town of Purcellville, multiple facilities for the Basham Simms Wastewater Facility at 1001 20th St.

24. Belmont Greene, Nightwatch, 15,213-square-foot pharmacy with a drive-through window at 42995 Eastern Kingbird Plaza.

25. Potomac Crossing, 16,558-square-foot church at 801 Balls Bluff Rd. NE.

26. Frontier Spring, 13 townhouses on Gothic Square.

27. Arcadia-South Riding, 9,908-square-foot day-care center on the east side of Elk Lick Road at Amberwood Plaza.

28. Brambleton, pool and bathhouse at 22571 Verde Gate Terrace.
