Players to Watch
-- F Uche Onyeador, Sr., Potomac Falls: The reigning Gatorade Player of the Year and two-time All-Met, Onyeador is the most dangerous offensive player in Loudoun County. The Georgetown-bound striker is 19 goals from the state career record.
-- F Ronnie Shaban, Sr., Stone Bridge: The former defender has moved up top this season for the Bulldogs and is the reason for their standing as one of the top five teams in Virginia. Shaban, who will play for Columbia, has a great touch and knows how to move off the ball.
-- MF Alex Borowski, Sr., Potomac Falls: The second-team All-District midfielder will play a key role in distributing the ball to Onyeador up top.
-- F K.C. Onyeador, Soph., Park View: Uche’s cousin has already drawn comparisons, but one thing is for sure: K.C. can find the net.
-- F Matthew Backenstoss, Sr., Loudoun County: He scored 22 goals last season en route to being named first-team All-District and All-Extra.
