Spring is right around the corner and that means plenty of Easter-themed activities are going on in Loudoun for families to enjoy. From egg hunts to religious services, there are plenty of opportunities – many of which include chocolate – to celebrate the holiday.
To find a list of Easter Sunday services, check out the LoudounExtra.com events calendar.
The egg-themed events kick off Friday with the Dyeing Eggstravaganza at 3:30 p.m. the Arcola Community Center, where children between 5 and 10 years old will have the a chance to dye eggs in all sorts of colorful spring patterns. The cost is $8 per child.
If you want your children to have some quality time with the Easter Bunny before hunting for eggs, Lucketts Community Center will hold a breakfast and egg hunt at 9 a.m. Saturday. Make sure to dress for any kind of weather as the egg hunt will be held rain or shine. The cost is $5 per person.
If the Lucketts breakfast is just too early, the Easter Bunny will hop over to the Middleburg Community Center for a lunch at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. The event includes lunch, pictures with the furry guest, face painting and a chance to make crafts. Expect to spend $8 per person, including lunch.
