Authorities are investigating overcrowding and possible alcohol violations at a business in Sterling, the assault of a Leesburg man by five men, and another fight in Sterling, according to a daily report from the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
- Larceny: A GPS unit valued at $300 was stolen from a vehicle in the 42900 block of Burnthill Court in Ashburn around 9 p.m. on Thursday.
- Larceny: A satellite radio and MP3 player, valued at $200, were stolen from a vehicle in the 41360 block of Windybush Drive in Leesburg. The incident happened between 9 p.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.
- Fight: Police responded to reports of a fight in the 140 block of North Cottage Road in Sterling around 2 p.m. Friday. Three victims said someone threw an object at them from a vehicle. The person was found and charges are pending.
- Larceny: A wallet was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 46200 block of Summerhill Place in Sterling between 7:30 p.m. Thursday and 6 a.m. Friday.
- Destruction of Property: A house in the 13400 block of Mountain Road in Lovettsville was broken into between 5:30 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m. Saturday. Nothing was taken.

- Larceny: A White man in his late teens to early twenties entered Robeks Fruit Smoothies and removed a tip jar. The man is described as 5'8" to 6' tall with brown hair and thin build. The incident happened around 6 p.m. on Friday.
- Fight/Assault by Mob: David Young Chong, 28, James Young Chong, 30, Won Young Chong, 32, all of Centerville, and Ren-Ren Roset Panlaqu, 18, of Chantilly, and Walled Ahsan, 21, of Sterling were charged with assult by mob and obstruction of justice for assaulting a 30-year-old Leesburg man. Police were called to a Shell gas station in the 46900 block of Harry Byrd Highway in Sterling around 1:30 a.m. on Sunday. A vehicle was seen speeding away from the site and a traffic shop was conducted on the vehicle.
- Unlawful Entry: Carlos Balth Aguilar-Suarez, 30, was charged with unlawful entry into an unoccupied residence in the 50 block of Sugarland Square Court in Sterling around 5:30 p.m. on Sunday.
- Loitering: Pepe's Place in the 22300 block of South Sterling Boulevard in Sterling was cited for overcrowding and placed on a temporary restriction of their business license by the Office of the Fire Marshal. Loudoun Deputies responded to the area for a large crowd in the parking lot of the business around 7:40 p.m. on Sunday. Pepe's will be closed for about two weeks and agents from the Virginia Department of Alcohol Beverage Control were contacted for further investigation of possible alcohol violations.
