On Sunday, St. James Episcopal Church in Leesburg celebrated the Feast of Epiphany with the 'burning of the greens.' Each year, church and community members bring Christmas trees or other holiday greens to burn in a large bonfire.
"... We believe that by lighting a fire like this on Epiphany to celebrate the love of Christ coming into the world, this is our night to commemorate that," Rev. John Ohmer said.
