Projects Approved

1. Meadow Hill Farm, Section 4, northeast of Mountain Road and Legard Farm Road. Subdivide 57.7 acres zoned AR1 (agricultural rural) for seven single- family detached lots.

2. Meadow Hill Farm, Section 5, east of Hillsboro Road and Koerner Lane. Subdivide 40.7 acres zoned AR1 (agricultural rural) for seven single-family detached lots.

3. Loudoun Golf and Country Club, Phase 1, south side of West Main Street, Purcellville. An additional entrance to a public street for the golf course-country club expansion on 0.90 acres zoned AR1 (agricultural rural).

4. Fields Farm Recreational Facility, southeast of Allder School and Hillsboro roads. Construction of a recreational facility on 230.6 acres zoned JLMA (joint land management area).

5. 1 Loudoun Town Center, Section 1, southwest of Route 7 and the Loudoun County Parkway. Subdivide 334 acres zoned PD-TC (planned development-town center), PDH-6 (planned development housing) and PD-AA-AR (planned development-active adult-age restricted) for nine non-residential lots and two open lots.

6. Leigh Subdivision, south of Charles Town Pike and west of Aunt Lona’s Lane. Subdivide 40.1 acres zoned AR1 (agricultural rural) for nine single-family detached lots.

7. Canby Subdivision, southwest of Canby and Thomas Mill roads. Subdivide 99.4 acres zoned AR1 (agricultural rural) for 14 single-family detached lots.

8. Ridgeland Hills, northeast of Route 15 and Spinks Ferry Road. Subdivide 248.7 acres zoned AR1 (agricultural rural) for 32 single-family detached lots and one open parcel.

9. Leesburg West JLMA, east side of Dulles Greenway, north of Shreve Mill Road, south of Tolbert Lane and west of Sycolin Road. Rezone 508.65 acres from JLMA 20 (joint land management area) and TR10 (transitional residential) to PD-IP (planned development-industrial park).

10. Goose Creek Village North, west of Belmont Ridge Road and north of Sycolin Road. Subdivide 43.2 acres zoned R-16 and R-24 (residential 16 and 24 units per acre) for two single-family detached lots.

11. Moorefield Station, Section 1, Phase 3, north of Old Ryan and Ryan roads. Subdivide 54 acres zoned PD-TRC (planned development-transit related center) for 27 single-family detached lots and 91 single-family attached lots.

12. Estates at Elk Run, Section 1A, southeast of the Loudoun County Parkway and Edgewater Drive. Subdivide 48.8 acres zoned PDH-4 (planned development housing) for 47 single-family detached lots, 34 single-family attached lots and 7 open lots.

13. Lenah, Section 2A, Lots 1-13, north of Braddock Road between Lenah and Lightbridge roads. Subdivide 206 acres zoned TR1UBF (transitional residential) for 13 single-family lots and two open parcels.

14. Royal Center Plaza, Lots K and I, 43149 and 43107 John Mosby Hwy. (south side of Route 50, west of Elk Lick Road). Special exception to allow development of a restaurant, bank and retail-office use on 7 acres zoned CLI (commercial light industry).

15. Equinix Data Center, west of Filigree Court and Beaumeade Circle. Special exception to allow a 0.60 FAR (floor area ratio) on 31.97 acres zoned PD-IP (planned development-industrial park).

16. Holtzman Oil, Pleasant Valley Road, northwest corner of Pleasant Valley Road and Route 50. Construct a gas station, convenience store and restaurant with parking and extension of public utilities on 3 acres zoned CLI (commercial light industry).

17. Ideal Schools, 44675 Cape Ct., Beaumeade Corporate Park. Special exception to allow a private school within a 6,650-square-foot condominium unit on 11.8 acres in the PD-IP (planned development-industrial park) zone.
