New Year's Contest
You think you know Loudoun County. Maybe you've lived here your entire life, or maybe you're a newcomer who has embraced all things Loudoun. But could you identify the locations in the county where the letters spelling "Happy New Year" came from?
Test your knowledge in our New Year’s contest and have a chance to win one of two sponsored prizes, including a $100 dinner at the new Wine Kitchen in Leesburg.

How to Play
Correctly identify the Loudoun location from which each letter in the phrase “Happy New Year” is taken and e-mail your entry to us for a chance to win one of our prizes. We want as many people to play as possible, so we’ve made the contest a little easier by offering multiple-choice answers. You can see the choices for each letter by looking at the photo gallery here.
The contest will run for two weeks, starting Monday, Dec. 22, 2008, and ending Monday, Jan. 5, 2009, so it will give you enough time to make a game of it during the holidays. Get the kids involved, make it a chance to get out of your neighborhood and above all, have fun!
