Northern Virginia Orthodontics provides orthodontics to children and adults featuring the latest technologies, such as Invisalign (invisible and removable braces), self-ligating braces, 'memory' wires, and digital radiography. A native of Northern Virginia, Dr. Casagrande is an expert Invisalign Orthodontist and is excited to help bring smiles to Loudoun County, Ashburn, Brambleton, South Riding, and the surrounding areas!

Dr. Casagrande is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, a distinction held by less than 25% of orthodontists. A Northern Virginia native, Dr. Casagrande attended Sunrise Valley Elementary School and South Lakes High School in Reston. After graduating from James Madison University, Dr. Casagrande received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, magna cum laude, from the Medical College of Virginia. In addition to his dental degree, Dr. Casagrande also earned a Master of Science degree and a certificate in Orthodontics from the Medical College of Virginia. During his time at MCV, Dr. Casagrande received grants from Pfizer for work on his master's thesis. He remains a part of the Medical College of Virginia as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthodontics, teaching residents to become orthodontists.

Dr. Casagrande is highly trained in the latest orthodontic techniques and treatments for pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients including Invisalign and self-ligating bracket systems that can reduce treatment time and increase patient comfort. He has extensive experience with complex cases requiring orthognathic jaw surgery as a former member of the VCU Craniofacial/Facial Reconstruction Team. Dr. Casagrande uses the latest technologies in orthodontics to maximize smile aesthetics and give the best possible results to his patients.

Northern Virginia Orthodontics offers an internet café and coffee bar for patients and parents to use before, during, and after appointments. They also have a game room for kids (and adults) of all ages. So bring your brothers and sisters with you to have some fun while they wait!
