The Town will host its second "Get the scoop!!" free lunch session with local media on Thursday, August 20, 2009, 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM in the lower level of Town Hall (25 W. Market Street) featuring an update on the development plan review process.

In an effort to increase the Town's outreach to the media, staff has put together a lunch session geared to provide general information about the Town and story ideas for the session attendees. Handouts for the session will include a minimum of 16 story ideas from the cross-departmental Communications Team and general information about the Town.

This session is the second of three such sessions planned for the year. The agenda for this session includes an update on the development plan review process. In addition to the featured presentation, there will be a round table discussion regarding the story ideas developed by the Town Communications Team. The last "Scoop" session will be held on the third Thursday of November.
