Full Agenda for School Board Meeting
Loudoun County School Board member John Stevens blogs about the agenda for tonight’s school board meeting. The meeting, he writes, will include a Public Hearing for Tuscarora High School Attendance Boundary, Recognition of Mr. Eric Turrill, PE teacher at Round Hill Elementary, and public comments in the FY10 Operating Budget.

Opportunity to Become a Firefighter
The Sterling Fire Company announced in their blog that they will be holding an orientation session for those interested in firefighting at 7 p.m. on Oct. 20.

Vote on Dog Park
A vote on the dog park project will be taken tonight during the Leesburg Town Council meeting, Leesburg Today reports.
