No Plans to Increase Density in Sterling Park
The Board of Supervisors' outreach program seems to be a big success, except for Sterling District Supervisor Eugene Delgaudio, says blogger Paradox13VA at Leesburg Tomorrow. He says that Delgaudio "is spreading misinformation about the approved density in his district even as he voted for higher density in his district," he writes. "Just to be clear, there are no plans to increase the density of development in Sterling Park. Period. If you hear otherwise, someone is trying to frighten you into acting against your best interests."
Housing Market Not as Bad in Some Areas
In a post on his blog, The Real Estate Baker, Jonathan Bunn gives some stats to show that in areas like Brambleton and the Broadlands, the current housing market isn't suffering as much as some would like to believe. These communities "have very little supply left compared to demand we are seeing," he writes. Visit the post to see the stats.
