Bike It
The blog Greener Loudoun has information about Loudoun County's Bike to Work Day on Friday, May 16. "Bike to Work Day celebrates clean healthy commuting and is open to new and experienced bicycle riders," he writes. "Participants will be welcomed at two Loudoun County pit stops with free food, giveaways and an opportunity to win raffle prizes." Find out more information about this event on the post.

Going Solar
More green news: The Loudoun Times-Mirror has an article about how some homebuilders are adjusting services to build hybrid homes, which use solar energy, for customers in Loudoun.

Pics from Lansdowne Festival
