LCRC in Full Swing
A guest blogger over at Too Conservative has written about the most recent meeting of the Loudoun County Republican Committee. "Last night’s LCRC meeting was amazing and a breath of fresh air. Real Estate Conditions
Blogger Danilo over at Loudoun Stats has some advice for sellers and buyers. He writes that ultimately the real estate market is hyperlocal, and that while one neighborhood can be boasting good numbers, right across the street, market conditions can be completely different. "Why is being hyper-local so important? Because market conditions directly affect your strategy as a buyer or seller," he wrote. "…This is why it's so important to look at the hyper-local as well as the overall picture. If you don't, you could be selling yourself short."
