So much for spring weather, huh? Well, I suppose we've come to expect plenty of April showers when Loudoun high school sports are on the schedule. All this rain just means we'll get to enjoy another jam-packed final few weeks of regular season baseball with teams playing three, four and even five games a week to complete their schedules. Several teams were nearly that busy last week during several spring break trips and tournaments. Our top two teams - which remain steady for a second week - ventured south of the border while three Dulles District teams competed in the Cheers Sports tournament right in their own backyards.
