Good morning. Yet another day filled with weight training and conditioning as we inch towards the start of high school training camps in August. I think these offseason days are probably most exciting for the young freshmen. My little brother attended one of his first weight lifting sessions last night and you can see how pumped he is to finally be a part of a high school program.
