Emily Garcia of Park View High School was selected to play in the VHSL All-Star game in July. The game will be held at Christopher Newport University on July 3 rd . Emily has been one of Park View’s most productive players—her career statistics will likely place her in the top three hitters in Park View history. After getting a chance to see -- almost -- all of the top teams in Loudoun County, I have a pretty clear picture of which teams I think fall where in the Power Rankings.
